About
Yvonne was an educator before joining the Ministry of Education as a Guidance Officer. In MOE, her work centred primarily on social emotional learning, a key aspect in preventing mental health issues in children. Subsequently, she went into private practice and has been working with children and adolescents, Yvonne has a keen interest in supporting children who has been exposed to traumatic experiences, and completed her PhD research on the treatment of complex trauma in children in Singapore.
