Laila Merz-Krupp

Welcome to my Bio: I am a Licensed Clinical Health Psychologist and received my Ph.D from the California School of Professional Psychology - San Diego and her Undergraduate studies in Health Psychology from University of California, Irvine. She completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship at Kaiser-Permanente -San Francisco. I currently have a Private Practice in Ladue, Missouri at Clayton Behavioral and practicing for over 20 years. My Practice incorporates a Holistic Integration of the Spirit, Body, & Mind . I am trained in Attachment Focused - EMDR through the Parnell Institute, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic based Therapies and Yoga Therapy , Biofeedback Therapies, Behavioral Medicine, Internal Family Systems, PolyVagal Therapies, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Natural Processing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. Through my Somatic, Yoga and AF- EMDR based training, I have been blessed to help others to cultivate an inner awareness of their Internal Rhythms of the mind- body - spirit connection. And to teach them to learn to express the freedom and healing acquired within, through their own Practices or Rhythms .
