Mary C Attridge

I am an art psychotherapist specializing in reproductive mental, sexual health, relationships, and faith transitions and working from a trauma informed and attachment lens. In addition to my EMDR training, I am a nationally registered and board certified art therapist and art therapy certified supervisor. I have specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (through PSI), emotionally focused couples’ therapy (EFT), Gina Ogden’s 4D Wheel, and OCSB (out of control sexual behaviors). I am an EMDRIA Consultant in Training and available for consultation. I have a lot of experience working with couples and relationships (including poly) using EMDR to facilitate healing and meaningful connection.
