Rosy Biglari

Hello, my name is Rosy Biglari, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California in the Private Practice in San Jose and a clinical supervisor. I welcome people of all races, culture, gender, sexual orientation, faith, abilities, and lifestyles. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused therapy by International Center of Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), advanced training in EMDR, CBT, and DBT, certified in sand play therapy, Circle of Security family attachment, and Triple P family systems. In my private practice, I provide support to couples that struggle with relational and marriage and family issues and provide support to individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment injuries, personality disorder, and help people navigate through many different challenges they experience. As we are constantly facing challenges in life, there are times we cannot face them alone. It is my utmost pleasure to empower and enable couples, families, and individuals to find ways to help themselves so they can be successful in their life journey.
