By weaving EMDR with spiritual practices and practical strategies, I support both symptom relief and deeper transformation. I bring over 20 years of clinical experience, beginning with community work in New York City, doctoral training at the Wright Institute in California, and over a decade of practice in Hawaii. On Kauai, I offered therapy and psychological assessments in schools, conducted disability evaluations for adults, and built a private practice serving the community. On Oahu, I supported children and teens through Kaiser clinics. My work is also informed by meditation and Reiki practices, which bring compassion and depth to the therapeutic process. Today, I offer client-centered EMDR therapy for people of all ages, honoring each person’s unique story. My virtual practice allows me to serve clients throughout Hawaii and California.
