Complex childhood and developmental trauma affects people in their personal, relational, and work lives. My psychoanalytic skills are vital in assessing new patients. Insight alone, however, is not always the key to recovery. Attachment Focused-EMDR training now allows me to give people tools for optimizing health and well-being in their daily lives.
