I integrate Attachment Focused EMDR, somatic modalities, IFS, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and contemplative mindfulness approaches to help my clients get to the root causes of their suffering. I 'm interested in you as whole person: mind, body and spirit. I know it takes courage to reveal ourselves so I hold space for all aspects of you with deep compassion.
