If you feel chronically overcommitted, perpetually exhausted, or can't turn your brain off and unwind, I'm glad you've found me. I help high anxiety overachievers and perfectionists create meaningful lives brimming with self-compassion, flexibility, and inner peace. I take special pride in supporting adult clients who haven’t been given permission to have needs or set boundaries in their current or past relationships, those who demonstrate compassion towards others but have difficulty extending the same compassion to themselves, highly sensitive people (HSPs), and individuals whose attachment wounds are holding them back from having the relationships they crave. I use Attachment-Focused EMDR to help clients strengthen their inner resources, resolve trauma, and heal attachment wounds. I strive for my clients to experience me as welcoming, thoughtful, straightforward, and caring. I find joy in building on clients' existing strengths and helping them cultivate new skills and understandings to rewire patterns that no longer serve them well.
