Anne D. Nayer

I am a psychotherapist who has been practicing since 1981 in a variety of settings with a variety of populations and cultures. My approach has been eclectic though based on a traditional talk-therapy model and I have been open to incorporating approaches and practices over the years. My social work background has led me to include social, emotional, physical, spiritual and environmental influences and resources in my treatment plans as well as psychodynamic factors influencing growth, healing and life satisfaction. I have been using EMDR in my practice for the past couple of years with great success. I currently work part-time and all my sessions are virtual. I have been happy with this transition and continue to celebrate my clients growth and healing. I welcome new clients.
