Welcome! My practice motto is Hope, Healing, and Wholeness. As a licensed mental health professional for almost 20 years, I have formal training in Psychology, Theology, and Clinical Counseling. Striving to walk with my clients, I offer an individualized client-centered and collaborative approach to psychotherapy to address the whole person- emotionally, physically, culturally and spiritually. Enthusiastic about using modalities that support the brain/body connection, I have found that EMDR is inherently respectful of an individual’s inner wisdom and spirituality. My practice includes working with individuals age 16 and older on a wide range of issues with specializations in complex and attachment traumas, including military, spiritual and medical traumas, abuse, and traumatic grief/loss.
