I am passionate about working with individuals and couples with any life transition issues including all stages of relationship, (personal and professional development), healing recent or past traumas, or moving through any obstacles impeding your experience of joy, compassion and overall fulfillment. Individuals and couples experience me as a warm, caring therapist, where exploration and discovery is fostered through partnership and respect. I strongly believe we all have the innate capacity to heal and thrive, and EMDR activates your organic healing capacity. Present or past injury influences our overall experience of ourselves in the world. As we heal, it can be difficult to fully trust or “take in” the positive. An essential part of our work together is to “rewire,” and experience the good in yourself and your relationships! Certified by EMDRIA in EMDR and The International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, I integrate my 35 plus years with advanced training in attachment based therapy, EMDR, trauma psychology, positive psychology, life coaching, and mindfulness. I am an intuitive, sensitive therapist, who continues to study and grow to give you my best.
