Elizabeth A. Cruickshank, MA, LPC brings more than 35 years of combined experience serving youth, adults, and families. Elizabeth integrates therapeutic insight with experiential learning, designing programs that cultivate resilience, accountability, and connection to authentic self. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Elizabeth specializes in Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) and is both an AF-EMDR Certified Therapist and Parnell Institute Consultant, providing advanced consultation and training to clinicians seeking to deepen their trauma-informed practice. Her clinical background as a crisis screener and interventionist deepens her understanding of the consequences of attachment disruptions and challenging relational dynamics that can arise from crisis and trauma. Elizabeth’s approach is characterized by compassionate presence, practical wisdom, and a strong belief in growth, healing, and positive change.
