With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal from trauma and build more fulfilling, connected relationships. My work is rooted in a deep passion for guiding people through the emotional pain that stems from early attachment wounds, anxiety, and depression. I integrate Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) with psychodynamic therapy to support individuals in uncovering and resolving the root causes of emotional distress. For couples, I primarily draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, along with AF-EMDR, to address relationship challenges and foster secure, lasting bonds. I’m currently in the process of completing certification in AF-EMDR and continue to stay deeply committed to ongoing professional development to best support my clients on their healing journeys.
