Helen Reiss

I am an experienced trauma-informed therapist. I work with adults of all ages as well as children and teens and their parents. In the context of a wam and collaborative relationship, I utilize EMDR for healing and recovery. I also draw upon my DBT training to assist in managing acute stressors in the here and now. I believe that healing starts with self compassion. I can help you to cultivate a compassionate curiosity that honors your strengths and explores the areas where you would like to change and grow.
