Jean Murphy Baker

Working with both adults & adolescents, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transition, parent-child conflict, addiction, codependency and issues related to growing up in a dysfunctional family. My focus is to help my clients gain insight, reduce distress and change behavior. I utilize a, culturally-sensitive and strengths-based, collaborative approach to establish goals for therapy and to determine the best treatment. In addition to EMDR, I incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ImTT (Image Transformation Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
