Christina Kowalski

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering therapy in person in Newburgh, NY and via telehealth across New York State. I am trained with the Parnell Institute in Attachment-Focused EMDR, and my work centers on helping clients heal from trauma, particularly experiences rooted in early attachment. I take an integrative, holistic approach, drawing from Attachment-Focused EMDR, psychoanalytic therapy, CBT, and DBT, while also incorporating mindfulness, grounding practices, and meditation. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges, with a focus on fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
