I offer a compassionate and affirming therapeutic space that welcomes you as you are and safely challenges you to explore uncharted waters. I focus on how feelings show up in the body in order to release traumatic energy and disrupt beliefs and behaviors that keep you stuck in a trauma state while activating your natural healing capacity and resilience.
