Ever since my first encounters with Gestalt Therapy and EMDR, I have been continually amazed by the power of transformation inherent in these approaches, supporting the innate ability of every human being to heal. In my private practice in New York, I welcome individuals, couples and groups from all walks of life. I integrate my training in EMDR and Gestalt Therapy with Transpersonal Approaches and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy focusing on working with trauma, attachment, relationships, addiction, spirituality, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as the creative process. I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development through contemplative practice and diverse trainings including Meditation, IFS, Whiteness Learning Group etc. In addition to working in Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse, I have been supervising and teaching in various settings throughout the years. As an EMDRIA approved consultant, I also offer EMDR supervision for individuals and groups.
