Colette Regina Cook

I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in New York and Pennsylvania. My work with clients is always with a heart-centered approach; listening and understanding each individual's experiences and offering a safe and non-judgmental place for expression. As a therapist, I can assist you with coping, stress reduction and emotional difficulties. I work with adults and elders struggling with attachment and developmental traumas from childhood, substance use disorders, anger and relational issues, depression, anxiety and grief. I am trained and certified in EMDR and Attachment Focused EMDR, trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS level 2), and Hakomi. My work is done virtually.
