I work primarily with couples and adult individuals from an attachment, family systems and mindfulness frame work. I find that so often relationships between people are greatly healed when individual trauma is addressed in the couple environment. I had interest in being a therapist since I was a small girl and this is a second career after raising a family, primarily as a single parent.
